"When will my order ship?"

 All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Sweet Pieces Boutique accepts returns for full-priced, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in its original condition, with all tags attached and your proof of purchase, for Items returned within 7 days of the original ship date for exchange or store credit only. All sale products, hosiery, undergarments, bodysuits and accessories are  final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. 

• Shipping fees are non refundable
• Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back

 

All orders will be thoroughly inspected prior to shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please include your original packing slip with the returned item. If you've misplaced your packing slip, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking numbeR in your shipment confirmation email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
